In the spirit of the “maker” movement, Little Bits (http://littlebits.cc) are small magnetic circuits that snap together, allowing your students the chance to create an unlimited number of great inventions. Using pre-made modules or just letting the children freely create, my elementary and middle school students couldn’t be more excited for their technology innovations class.
Join me for a two hour, hands-on immersion session where we will learn about Little Bits, access their terrific resource library, and learn first-hand about what a great “maker” resource Little Bits can be for your classroom. Come prepared to be an inventor yourself. I will have materials for about 15 participants.
